| From the outset we aim to deliver, so when you call our numbers we answer with friendly and knowledgeable sales staff (outside of work hours an answer machine operates) who take your call politely, efficiently and seriously. If they are unable to help they will put you in touch with someone who can. The overall combined experience of our company covers more than twenty years and our expertise is able to be passed on in a clear, understandable and organised form. |

| Our fully mobile service extends through North Hampshire, Surrey, Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire, Staffordshire and Leicestershire. For a full list of our standard coverage area, please see contact us for more details. We will however come to any location, national or international for an additional charge. Our individual branches operate vans that are fully equipped with power and water, and can travel to your place of work, home or even hotel and complete the service on site. We operate seven days a week Monday to Sunday (however, most Saturday afternoons and Sundays we are fully booked well in advance). Our valeting times vary depending upon the time of year, however we start from 07.30hrs and operate in summer till 20.00hrs; so we try to cater for your requirements. We do work on a booking basis, first come first served. We only require about 48hours notice of your preferred booking day, however Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays are our busiest days, so the more notice you can provide us the more likely we are to accommodate your preferred time. Our Sales & Bookings freephone number, 08006 985 589, is open from 08.30hrs to around 17.30hrs, Monday to Friday with an answer machine outside of those hours. Our fax machine, 08702 646648, operates 24 hours a day and of course the e-mail facility is available all day every day. If we are unable to respond the same day to your query or request, we will strive to do so the following working morning. |

Our service does not extend to Dealerships, Traders nor do we do other forms of transport. We simply specialise in cars! We specialise in the quality marques such as Aston Martin, Ferrari, Porsche, Rolls Royce, Bentley, Mercedes, Jaguar and BMW to name but a few, and as such we understand these cars. These vehicles are valeted regularly and therefore we have obtained an indepth and comprehensive knowledge of how to maintain them. |

a set menu of standard services, using Autoglym chemicals that produce a
deep shine and special looks, ranging from: a simple Gold Exterior wash, a more
comprehensive Diamond interior
and exterior clean, to a full valet Diamond Plus that comprehensively
tackles the exterior and the interior leaving the car rejuvenated. You
can either choose the set service to suit you or tailor our services and
optional extras
to your exact needs. We offer a broad range of specialist services to cater for extraordinary circumstances. The removal of milk, vomit, urine, food stuffs and water spillages can all be treated using our mobile service and specialist chemicals, processes and fully trained staff. We are also specialists of Swissol applications and products, a fantastic product from Switzerland. A totally natural product that transforms the finish and lustre of even the most oxidised paintwork, using three comprehensive stages. Our Swissol authorised valeters will enhance the look of your premium branded car. Our prices are set and do not depend upon the condition of the car, so you can be assured that so long as you don't change the service, the price quoted is the price you pay. |

car valeted by us, you can maintain it's appearance with our regular services and be assured
that your car's condition remains at a high level. As a regular customer you receive
an enhanced specification designed to maintain the long term condition
of your car. In addition, we record your details in order to remind you

Our valeters are passionate about cars, but
that is hardly surprising considering the type of cars we do. Their passion
also stems from a desire to do the very best they can - for the company
and the client. All of our staff are sent on an extensive and intensive
training program, this includes a three day course learning about and how
to use Autoglym products whether
they are experienced for many years or just a few. We ensure the best training
