Carvalet.co.uk offers a service to Car Manufacturers, National Distributors, Car Magazines and Promotional Event Organisers. We extend our expertise to the field of promotions and exhibitions. With this particular service we only use Swissol products ensuring the best possible results.

The service can be tailored to your requirements and to that end we aim to include all features wherever possible. Our staff provide a reliable and flexible service, as is to be expected. We train our staff to be punctual and regular in their attendance.


Due to the size of our company, we are able to offer flexible packages and ensure that whether the operation requires one person for one day or multiple persons for multiple days, we are able to adapt and supply accordingly. We can either supply our fully trained and experienced staff full-time or we can provide coverage for the client's staff due to illness or absence. The requirements of the service depends upon the individual needs of the customer, however, all areas of maintenance are dealt with from the initial preparation to the regular cleaning and removal of marks, to a full clean at the end of the event.

All our staff are clothed in our specific events corporate uniform during the show (which includes a formal black shirt with our company logo and pleated black trousers) giving that air of professionalism, attention to detail and presentability that is so vital at promotional events. We are able to cover for local, national and even international events with charges being competitive. We even organise the staff member's transport, accommodation and meals.

Excel Motorshow 2006 - London
For the first time in 30 years the London Motorshow has made a triumphant return to London Docklands with one of the largest shows of this year. Virtually all of the major manufacturers were there, though there were a few notable exceptions. Some of the most prestigious manufacturers launched new models onto the international stage, exclusively at the Excel show. We as usual, provided our services to major manufacturers including TVR, we also introduced our new feature of stand maintenance. We cleaned, where appropriate, ready for the general public. Due to the prestigious nature of the Motorshow and the large number of cars on each stand our expertise in maintaining such a difficult and important display was of great use to many clients. We also displayed for the first time our new and rather smart, corporate uniform designed for Motorshows. The embroided black formal shirt and the pleated black formal trousers were commented upon favourably by various people for their smartness, presentability and style.








MPH '05
Last year's MPH Show was our third year of attendance and by far the most successful, both for all the participants and ourselves. During both Birmingham and the London shows we maintained over 75% of the total cars exhibited. Some of the cars we maintained included the exclusive Lamborghini Murcielago Spyder, the Lamborghini Gallardo, Bentley Flying Spur and GT, Range Rovers and Sports, the premier in the UK of the Lexus IS250, the new Mitsubishi Evo IX, the premier in the UK of the new Volvo C70, the new BMW M6, Aston Martin DB9 Volante, Rolls Royce Phantom, Porsche Carrera GT, Ford GT, the new Radical SR8, Pope Benedict's VW Golf sold on eBay and the exclusive British premier of the American supercar the Saleen S7, which was maintained additionally throughout it's star performance in the live theatre show featuring Jeremy Clarkson, Tiff Needell and Richard Hammond and his alleged whitened teeth!!

 




In car entertainment & audio show at Heathrow for
Harman Becker
One of the top in-car entertainment manufacturers requested that we prepare one of the vehicles, the highlight of the show, to promote their high quality audio system. Although the Range Rover was prepared by the dealer, we were asked to enhance and detail the car prior to the show commencing and ready for the exhibition. This included the complete cleaning of the interior and exterior.
 


Mercedes UK
This year we have been assisting Mercedes UK showcasing their new and current models at various exhibitions throughout the country. Mercedes have been promoting their products with our assistance at the Cheltenham Festival in March and the Destinations Travel Shows held at the NEC and Earls Court, and their products will also be on display at many events throughout the UK during the year including the Royal Albert Hall. Our services have consisted of preparation prior to these shows, each morning before the public arrive and during the shows whilst the public is in attendance.
 
 

Mazda UK
Mazda UK recently had a requirement to prepare a wide variety of different models to demonstrate to corporate and private clients alike, and for evaluation with dealers. They called in carvalet.co.uk as they had a short time frame within which to work and we were able to assist. The vehicles were prepared on the exterior for a outdoor event.
 
 



 
Honda UK

 Our association with Honda UK was cemented further this year with the request to prepare a number of cars for evaluation. This was conducted using our fully mobile units and completed to our usual high standards.
