This was our first
year at MPH Show and it was our first taste of the new motoring
experience. It was started |

as a new car show,
combining the glamour and excitement of a traditional motorshow with the
up close |
| |
|
|
and personal
attention of a test drive and the fun and laughs of a real show. |
| |
|
|

| |

| |
|
|
With the inclusion
of Jeremy Clarkson, Richard Hammond and Tiff Needel, the knowledge and
humour of this |

|
|
|
| |
|
|
| |
|
|
| |
|
|
| |
|
|
| |
|
|
| |
|
|
| |
|
|
team meant that you
were in for a fun and action packed entertainment show. We
were asked to clean |
| |
|
|
and prepare a
number of cars for for a wide variety of manufactures. It was also
another public display of |
| |
|
|
|
| |
|
|
| |
|
|
| |
|
|
| |
|
|
| |
|
|
| |
|
|
the new Rolls Royce
Phantom. As relatively new model the public
interest was huge and by all accounts |
| |
|
|
still is a
favourite with the viewing public. Lotus also showed of this
very yellow Elise. It certainly attracted |
| |
|
|
quite a lot of
attention. But Lotus was not the only sports car that was at
the show, with BMW showcasing |
| |
|
|
its new and sleek 6
series and another incarnation of its first generation Z4.
Also at the show was TVR and |
| |
|
|
|
| |
|
|

| |
|

| |
|

| |
|
|
| |
|
|
| |
|
|
| |
|
|
this was where are
association started with TVR. They were showing there new
model year Tuscan and with |
| |
|
|
two models, one in
their traditional blue and the other being a stunning purple metallic
paint. With some |
| |
|
|
loving care and attention they were displayed to a level that we
maintained and exceed at later exhibitions. |
