Sounds tempting? So what do we offer?
- Shift system that provides set hours of 45 hours per week.
- Starting wage of £1200 per calendar month (equivalent to
£276.92 per week) take home - subject to experience
and qualifications.
- After 2 months an additional £100 paid on top of £1200 (equivalent
to £300.00 per week) take home - subject to experience
and qualifications.
- After 3 months an additional one Saturday per calendar month
holiday is provided in addition to holiday entitlement.
- After 4 months an additional £250 paid on top of £1300 (equivalent to £357.69
per week) take home - subject to experience
and qualifications.
- After 4 months your Birthday is provided as an additional
holiday.
- Holiday entitlement of 21 days.
- All bank holidays are also taken as holidays making at least
28 days holiday a year (conditions apply).
- Annual pay review every October.
- Individual profit related pay increases based upon personal
turnover.
- A new and fully printed uniform is provided - this includes
6 white t-shirts/ polo shirts, 2 black sweatshirts, 2 black fleeces and 2
pairs of black combats/trousers all with the carvalet.co.uk company logo
printed on.
- Use Autoglym products.
- All expenses paid (this includes Hotel, Travelling, Food
& DRINK!) training course at Autoglym's HQ (conditions apply)- 2 Nights
& 3 Days - this course covers all aspects of Autoglym chemicals including
Wash Bay Techniques, Engine Bay Restoration, Interior Cleaning Techniques,
Paintwork Renovation, Detailing and Product Knowledge.

- Give you a set time to valet the car and
DO NOT divert you onto another car half way through or ask you to collect
another car.
- We do not valet cars for Garages or the Motor
Trade, nor do we operate a collection and delivery service.
- We DO NOT valet anything other than cars
and the occasional motorbike. We need experts in car valeting, not
Boats, Caravans, Planes and Trains.
- No hidden costs like insurance or chemicals
- we provide you with a van, equipment and chemicals, all you need to bring
to work is yourself.

would we like from you?
- To
be smart, presentable and cheerful.

be over 25 years old.
- To
have a clean driving license for at least 3 years.
- To
be polite and thoughtful.

be flexible and open to change.
- To
have experience in valeting, with mobile experience being an advantage.
- To
be passionate about cars, especially the premium brands.
- To
be reliable, honest and trustworthy.
I don't meet your requirements - is there anything I can do?

Possibly - It depends where exactly you do
not meet our requirements. Experience - is not a major problem as
we can train you (but your money would have to be less whilst we are training
you). Age - is not a problem, if you are young, healthy, vibrant and
cheerful with a desire to join a team, then you may be exactly what we are
looking for.
