  Occasionally, we may ask for a deposit for our services to be carried out.     Where this is the case, we shall

  by us.  We can accept payment by personal cheque (with a valid) guarantee card, a company cheque

  happy to accept direct transfers into our account, but these must be approved by us and made in advance.

  We do operate a strict debt collection system based upon the 'Late Payment of Commercial Debt (Interest)
 

MONEY BACK

  Act 1988' and the 'Late Payment of Commercial Debt Regulation 2002'. Charges are made for late payment
 

PRICE PROMISE

  based upon a daily rate, as well as administration charges and are fully detailed, in addition to elsewhere,
      on each invoice issued.   Non account customers are always issued with the invoice after completion of the
      valet and payment as the invoice is also a receipt and therefore details how payment was made. Invoices
      are issued on a non-alterable PDF format and sent to the e-mail address given at the time of booking.
      Invoices are normally issued within four working days after the valet was completed.
