service. We have however, become increasingly |

concerned with Swissol/Swissvax uk's,
actions & methods of operation. Due to a new partnership
agreement, |

they have taken on new partners and adopted new
business practices, which are at odds with the ideals of |

a premium
product and at odds with the founding and unique principals of Swissol/Swissvax.
The overriding |

concern now appears to be a financial gain
for the UK operation, rather than establishing a premium brand |
| |
|

for a premium
market. This is demonstrated by their recent
introduction of charges to complete the |
| |
|
|
'training course' and their increasingly
financially based criteria, by which approval is gained. A regular
check |
| |
|
|
of
their partners page shows a equally regular change of authorised
partners, which also generates less |
| |
|
|
customer brand confidence. However, it appears
that this slow erosion in confidence in Swissol/Swissvax GB |
| |
|
|
is
further compounded by their apparent unannounced actions against other

that since their high profile legal case with Zymol, which they |
| |
|
|
lost and were
ordered to change their name, their actions have become increasingly
erratic and damaging |
| |
|
|
to customer confidence. There are a number
of equally high profile and superb natural hand glazes from a |

|
|
number of up and coming companies and it is to them
that companies and others are increasingly turning. |

|
With the offer of better finishes and
better pricing along with real customer care, it is those newer and more |
| |
|
|
appropriately branded manufacturers that will soon become the
dominant force in this industry. We therefore |

|
|
now
